What does a Pro subscription unlock?

A Pro subscription unlocks Cloud Save & Sync, Version History (up to 10 versions per file), AI tools (monthly AI actions), and an expanded Recent list (up to 100 with pins and search). Your subscription remains active until the end of your paid period if you cancel.

Privacy by default

Open Excel processes files locally in your browser. Cloud features upload files to your Open Excel account storage, and AI features send only the selected cells/content needed to generate results.
