Payments for Open Excel Pro are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued via Paddle.
14-day refund window
If this is your first purchase of Open Excel Pro, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial payment.
We may decline refund requests in cases of fraud or refund abuse. Paddle may review requests and approve or decline them based on eligibility and applicable policies.
What counts as “use”
To keep things fair, we may consider usage signals such as significant consumption of AI actions, significant cloud storage usage, or repeated refund requests.
How to request a refund
You can request a refund through Paddle Order Support:
- Use the support or refund link in your Paddle receipt email.
- Visit Paddle order support to manage your purchase.
If you need help, you can also contact us and we’ll assist you with the Paddle request.
Processing time
If approved, refunds typically take several business days to appear on your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellation vs refund
You can cancel your subscription anytime. Cancellation stops future billing and your access remains active until the end of the paid billing period.
