14-day refund window

If this is your first purchase of Open Excel Pro, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial payment.

We may decline refund requests in cases of fraud or refund abuse. Paddle may review requests and approve or decline them based on eligibility and applicable policies.

What counts as “use”

To keep things fair, we may consider usage signals such as significant consumption of AI actions, significant cloud storage usage, or repeated refund requests.

Cancellation vs refund
